After you pay, normally Prestige Distribution CO will arrange delivery of the goods within 5-7 working days according to the order date. Unless the product is out of stock or partially out of stock, we will email you the order status.

Return & Exchange
Prestige Distribution CO are very aware that returning products is a part of doing e-commerce so we implemented our own return policy. Please read carefully our return process below. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return the product according to the guidelines below.
Return Policy
We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 7 days from the date of receipt. No other fees will be charged but customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

- All items must be in the original packaging, and in good condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused cannot in any circumstances be returned to Prestige Distribution CO.
Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges: Prestige Distribution CO accepts exchanges of items purchased. Nevertheless, customer is subject to any associated shipping charges.
Refund: We will send the refund via the original way that the payment was made within 3-5 days after we receive and check the returns.
