Orders of $2,000 or more may qualify for Free Shipping within the following service areas:
Additional Freight Information
Orders shipped west of the Mississippi River will be sent freight prepaid, and shipping charges will be added to the customer invoice.
Free or prepaid freight does not include:
- Lift gate service fees
- Residential delivery fees
- Limited access delivery charges
- Re-delivery fees
- Additional carrier surcharges
Any additional freight-related charges will be notified and billed to the customer.

Payment Terms
Approved business accounts may qualify for Net 30 payment terms upon successful credit review and approval.
Past due balances may be subject to:
• 1.5% monthly finance charge
• Or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law
Returns & Claims
Carrier Claims
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted with the carrier and reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Returns Policy
- Return authorization must be requested and approved prior to returning merchandise
- No returns accepted after 90 days from delivery date
- Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee
- Customer is responsible for all return freight charges
- Only unopened, resalable cartons are eligible for return
Credits issued will be based on: Original purchase price, Product condition, Product age, Current resaleability and market condition.
